1:1 Teaching Assistant

We are looking to recruit a compassionate andreliable Teaching Assistant to support the inclusion of a young person withadditional needs. The role will include support and assistance to ensureaccessibility across the school site, throughout the school day.

This role could either be one full-timeposition or could be offered as a job share, accommodating two staff coveringeither full days or morning and afternoon shifts between them.

Due to the nature of the young person’sneeds, the role will involve providing physical assistance as part of theirdaily care. The pupil has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) whichoutlines their requirements.
