About the role:

Justteachers are seeking a caring and inclusive teaching assistant to join a primary school in Bradford from September 2026. The role is for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant providing tailored support to a pupil with additional learning needs. This full‑time role offers a rewarding opportunity to work closely with children, helping them to access the curriculum, build confidence, and thrive in a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with specific learning or behavioural needs
• Assist with the delivery of personalised learning plans
• Encourage engagement and participation in classroom activities
• Monitor and report on the pupil’s progress and wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO
• Support the pupil during transitions, break times, and school activities
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
