1:1 Teaching Assistant at Westfield Arts College

Grade 6 SCP 6 - 9 £19,122 - £20,053 annual salary pro-rated, pay award pending.

31.65 hours per week – Monday to Friday (8.40 am – 3.30 pm).

Fixed Term until 21 July 2027 – Term Time Only.

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team and support children and young people with a range of special educational needs and disabilities. All teaching assistants are expected to be flexible and able to work across the school as required. Supporting the personal care and health needs of our children and young people is an equally important part of the role. We would particularly welcome applications from practitioners with primary interest/experience. This vacancy is for a fixed‑term period to support the needs of an identified pupil.
