Location: Birmingham

Pay: £95-£115 per day

Duration: Long-term placements

Mainstream secondary schools are seeking dedicated 1:1 SEND support staff for pupils with EHCPs, primarily linked to ASD, ADHD and SEMH.

Key Responsibilities

• Long-term
• Consistency-critical
• Parent-visible

You’ll be supporting pupils:

• In lessons
• During transitions
• At unstructured times (break/lunch)

We need people who are:

• Reliable and consistent
• Emotionally resilient
• Comfortable working closely with the same pupil daily

Previous experience with EHCP pupils in secondary settings is highly desirable.
