1:1 SEN Tutor – Key Stage 2 & 3 | Newcastle

Prospero Teaching is working with local councils, SEND services, and education providers In Redcar to deliver high-quality one-to-one SEN tutoring for students outside mainstream education.

Were looking for experienced SEN Tutors to support Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 learners with Special Educational Needs such as SEMH, ASC, and learning difficulties.

About the Role

Youll deliver personalised 1:1 sessions to help students re-engage with learning, build confidence, and progress in English and Maths. Sessions take place face-to-face in community venues, alternative provisions, or occasionally in the learners home.

Position Details

· Pay: up to GBP30 per hour (DOE)
· Hours: up to 15 per week per student
· Start date: June 2026
· Location: Redcar
· Duration: Ongoing
