The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping a child access learning, build confidence and achieve their individual targets within a supportive mainstream setting.

Your day could include:

• Supporting learning activities in the classroom
• Encouraging communication and social interaction
• Helping manage routines and transitions throughout the day
• Implementing strategies recommended by the SENCO and external professionals
• Celebrating achievements and building self-esteem
