1:1 Outreach Tutor

Omega Tutoring is looking for 1:1 tutors to support children in care, children with special educational needs and excluded pupils in Canterbury and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Work on a 1:1 basis with students aged 5-16 years old.
• Deliver sessions focusing on English and Maths.
• Coordinate with students either at their home or the local library.
• Engage with students who may have behaviour and/or SEN difficulties and are working below age‑related expectations.
• Sessions typically last 3 hours per day, 5 days a week, with potential flexibility or additional hours by taking on more than one case.
