Many of these young people have been out of education for a while and may have low confidence. Your role will be to re‑engage them in learning, provide structure, and help them build both academic skills and personal development. You’ll work closely with Prospero Teaching to monitor progress and ensure every session makes a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver tailored 1:1 tuition to re‑engage pupils in learning
• Provide structure and routine to daily schedules
• Support pupils with academic and emotional development
• Track progress and feedback to families
• Think creatively and adapt your approach to each student
