We are currently recruiting1–2–1 Tutors to support pupils in the Trafford area who are not currently accessing a school setting. This is an opportunity to play a key role in helping young people re‑engage with education through tailored, individual support.

About the Role

• Deliverindividualised 1–2–1 tuition to pupils
• Support children withSocial, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs , andSpecial Educational Needs (SEND)
• Plan and deliver sessions in:
  • Maths and English (KS1–KS4)
  • Functional Skills (where appropriate)
• Adapt learning to meet the needs of pupils workingbelow age-related expectations
• Monitor engagement and progress through structured support
