1-2-1 Learning Support Assistant

FTE salary: £25,989 - £26,403

Actual salary: £8,891.21 - £9,032.84

Fixed term contract until 31st August 2026 (with the opportunity to extend). Monday to Friday – 15 hours per week (term time only plus 2 non-pupil days).

Responsibilities

• Support children with special educational needs.
• Assist with individual and group learning in the classroom.
• Maintain positive relationships with staff and children; be calm, flexible, and dedicated.
• Provide lunchtime support for children.
• Meet the intimate care needs of pupils.
• Deliver provisions set out in pupils’ EHCPs.
• Receive training from the Inclusion team.
