About the role
Provide tailored 1:1 support for a pupil with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, or additional learning needs)Adapt learning activities to meet the child’s individual needs and support their educational and personal developmentAssist with emotional regulation and implement positive behaviour strategiesWork closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) targetsEncourage independence, engagement, and social interaction to foster a supportive learning environmentRequired Skills & Qualifications
