06 - Associate Engineer, Test Manufacturing

This is a senior engineering role responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the complete manufacturing test strategy for new electromechanical products. The successful candidate will own the entire test process, from defining test requirements and coverage during the design phase (NPI) to creating and qualifying test hardware, software, and procedures for the production line.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and own the complete manufacturing test strategy, including creating robust and scalable test systems, qualifying custom fixtures, and developing automated test software (e.g., Visual Basic) from the ground up.
• Serve as a key technical partner in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, collaborating directly with R&D to define critical test coverage, validate specifications, and embed Design for Test (DFT) and Manufacturability (DFM) principles from the earliest stages of design.
