**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Safely operate front-end loaders to move, load, and stockpile raw and finished materials
+ Load customer and company trucks efficiently while following all safety and quality standards
+ Perform pre-operational inspections and report equipment issues promptly
+ Maintain clean, organized work areas and material stockpiles
+ Work collaboratively with plant team members to meet production and shipping needs
