+ Lead and coordinate daily quarry operations to meet production, safety, and quality targets
+ Supervise and support equipment operators and plant personnel to ensure efficient workflow
+ Monitor site conditions and enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance
+ Schedule and prioritize work activities to optimize equipment utilization and productivity
+ Train, coach, and guide team members while promoting continuous improvement and teamwork
