About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Customs Entry Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customs clearances, tracking shipments, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations. Youll work closely with clients, freight forwarders, and related parties to facilitate seamless import operations. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Customs Clearance Processing: Manage and process customs clearances for imports while strictly following customs regulations and company SOPs. Importer Security Filing: Ensure timely and accurate Importer Security Filings (ISF) for shipments. Shipment Tracking: Track and trace shipments to provide clients with updated information. Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders via email and phone.
