【Indonesia】Games Operation Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage the daily operations and localized brand promotion of AHA Games in Indonesia. Identify and promote high-quality games that suit local user preferences to achieve targets for DAU, user activity, session duration, and overall user growth.
2. Independently responsible for localized content planning, creation and editing, including short videos, images, captions, posters and other promotional materials that fit indonesian users preferences.
3. Operate and manage official social media platforms (such as TikTok and Instagram), including content update, community engagement, account growth, and data optimization.
4. Manage KOL & creator operation and MCN cooperation: discover, negotiate, maintain and manage local KOLs/KOCs/MCNs, plan and execute marketing campaigns to improve exposure, activity and user conversion.
