Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular market research to identify and analyze local trends across entertainment content, including short-form videos, movies, TV series, music, and novels, and provide insights to support content strategy and planning.
• Build, manage, and grow the app's online user community by overseeing daily community operations, responding to user inquiries, recommending relevant content, facilitating discussions, and fostering an engaging and positive user experience.
• Plan, create, and publish in-app push notifications to effectively promote relevant content and increase user engagement.
• Collect, monitor, and analyze user feedback from both online and offline channels, and provide actionable recommendations to improve product features and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support other operational initiatives as required.
